About Me

The short version: I like building things, leading people, and asking good questions.

I've been doing product and operations work for over 13 years — mostly in fintech and SaaS, mostly in roles where I had to figure things out as I went. I've scaled payment systems, led teams through high-growth chaos, and learned (the hard way, sometimes) what it takes to build things that actually work.

Right now, I'm a Lead Product Manager at Progressive Leasing, where I manage three teams focused on operations products. I've driven $7M+ in cost savings and revenue, and I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make cross-functional work less painful.

I'm also finishing my M.S. in Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver (graduating March 2026). My research focuses on something I care a lot about: how humor and levity impact team development and performance. Turns out, not taking yourself too seriously is actually a leadership skill.

Why Coaching

Somewhere along the way, I realized the work I enjoy most isn't building products — it's helping people get unstuck. I've been the leader who didn't have it figured out, who needed someone to ask better questions instead of give more advice. That experience is why I coach.

I believe most people already have what they need. They just need space to access it.

The Personal Stuff

I live in Littleton, Colorado with my wife Aly and our two boys. When I'm not working, I'm usually outside — hiking, walking, or pretending I'm getting better at golf. I write a newsletter called Deadpan Wisdom where I share what I'm learning about leadership, work, and life — with a healthy dose of dry humor.

I believe in leading with empathy, building real community, and doing work that actually matters.
