I'm finishing my M.S. in Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver, where I'm researching something most people don't take seriously enough: how humor and levity make teams better. I believe work should be challenging and still human. I'm based in Colorado, usually outside when I'm not working, and I write a newsletter called Deadpan Wisdom where I share what I'm learning.
